1) If you are not currently a registered member with a medical waiver on file for the 2017-2018 season, remember to add "Registration" to your order to be up to date and print the medical waiver below and bring in to your first class.
2) At checkout, be sure to put the name of the ATHLETE in the "Notes" section.
3) If you are unsure what level class you should be registering for, please check our guide below to ensure you are registering for the correct class.
TYPES OF CLASSES
TUMBLING CLASSES: Learn from our highly trained staff the proper progressions and techniques from beginner to advanced tumbling in a class setting. Each class is broken up into levels to output the highest quality of instruction.
TINY TUMBLERS: For children ages 3-5, Tiny Tumblers is our pre-school age tumbling program. Allowing children to learn the fundamentals and basics of tumbling and setting them up to learn faster and better as they advance through the levels.
OPEN STUNT: Need some extra work with your stunt group before this weekends competition? Join us in Open Stunt! Bring your own stunt group and work with our all star coaches to learn the proper techniques, drills and form to master that stunt!
PRIVATE LESSONS: Private Lessons offer you 1-on-1 instruction with an instructor. These can be booked by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by booking directly online under the "Pop-Up Privates" in Online Registration.
JUMP / STRETCH: Toe touches, hurkies, pikes, splits, bow and arrows..! Condition your body to develop better jumping technique and increase your flexibility.
FLIGHT CAMP: As a top person in a stunt, joining a Flight Camp allows you to stunt on top of our trained all star instructors to learn how to master and hit the stunts you need for your team.
BASE CAMP: As a base or a backspot, you are the muscle of the stunt. To learn the proper grips and techniques when stunting in crucial to the hitting of a stunt. This class also conditions athletes to be better and stronger when lifting other athletes.
PRE-REQUISITE: Beginner, No prior experience needed.
CLASS FOCUS: coordination, forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, kick overs & walkovers.
Handstand, cartwheel, back walkover.
Athletes working on the start of their back handsprings (standing & running) , standing back handsprings, roundoff back handsprings,
front handsprings & level 2 specialty passes.
Roundoff multiple back handsprings, SOLID standing back handspring.
Standing multiple back handsprings, running tucks on the floor, punch fronts & level 3 specialty passes.
Roundoff multiple back handspring tuck, standing 3x back handsprings.
Standing tucks, standing back handsprings to tucks, running back handspring layouts.
Standing tuck, running round off back handspring layout.
Introduction to twisting, running full, double fulls, standing fulls.
